8/3/09 - So it's been 2 years since I last updated this page, and alot has happened since then. We've catered several events and continue to leave our mark in the competitive BBQ space. Last weekend we catered for the San Antonio Hash House Harriers who were (by far) the most fun and interesting crew we have ever had the pleasure of cooking for. Thanks a ton to An Erection Priceless and Te-Killya Tits for setting it up.  We've stacked up quite a few good referrals (nothing but praise!) so if you are considering going to a chain to cater your next event, you might want to call us first. 

We will be participating in the Comal County Fair BBQ Cookoff on September 19th, 2009 at the Comal County Fairgrounds. Our spot is left of the entrance on Common St.  We'll be waving our sweet LMT flag with pride so you shouldn't have any trouble finding us.

10/3/07 - It's the big one folks. The National Championship BBQ Cookoff in Meridian, TX is fast approaching. We're coming out of an 8th place Chicken win at the Comal County Fair Cookoff. With $19,000 in prize money up for grabs, we're bringing our A-game to Meridian. The event is October 27th, 2007.

9/12/07 - We had a very successful event last weekend at the Shrimp and Wine Festival. Special thanks go out to Jay, Kathryn, Kristen, and Melissa for being such a tremendous help. We couldn't have done it without you! We will be rocking the Comal County Fair cookoff on Saturday, Setember 22nd. Come by and see us...we'll let you touch the trophy, and our meat.

8/22/07 - We will be a vendor at KNBT's Shrimp & Wine Festival in New Braunfels.

8/4/07 - Kathryn is recovering from her second foot surgery, so since I'm stuck at home, decided to finally knock out the website.

7/17/07 - Our Friends Monty and James Tyler at Smokin' Blues BBQ put this article on their webzine about us. Check out their site, it has a lot of good information on it relevant to competiton BBQ.
